Aerco

Aerco engaged Computer Strategies to migrate their in-house Exchange email system to the Microsoft Office 365 Midsize Business cloud service. This cloud service comprises of hosted Exchange email and the latest versions of Microsoft Office applications suite.

Some 49 users were successfully migrated over to Office 365 over a weekend which provided them with a new hosted email service and Microsoft Office software. Aerco has their own IT team but decided to select Computer Strategies for this critical project based on Computer Strategies project experience with installation of Office 365.

Following the success of this project Aerco decided to contract out second and third level support to Computer Strategies. After the success of this project Aerco looked no further when they decided to upgrade their complete server infrastructure to VMware. Servers were purchased and the functionality was migrated to the new servers over several weeks.

Computer Strategies now proactively monitor these servers with their sophisticated Helpdesk monitoring systems as well as continuing to provide on-going support.
